Onboarding

Complete the onboarding wizard to configure your workspace and start using Visiono.

Overview

After registration and payment, you'll be guided through a quick setup wizard to personalize your workspace. This process takes about 2 minutes.

Onboarding Steps

Step 1: Welcome

The first screen welcomes you to Visiono and provides a brief overview of what you can accomplish with the platform.

Click Next to proceed to the configuration step.

Step 2: Configuration

Configure your workspace settings:

  • Your dashboard header
  • Photo request pages (visible to customers)

Used for:

  • Timestamps on photos
  • Expiration times
  • Report generation

Start typing your city name to quickly find your timezone.

Default Message Template

This template is used when you copy the photo request link. Placeholders are automatically replaced with actual values.

Available Placeholders:

Plan Feature

The {link_code} and {code} placeholders require a plan that supports numeric codes.

Example:

Hi! Please send the requested photos using this link: {link}

Or enter code {code} at {link_code}

Becomes:

Hi! Please send the requested photos using this link: https://visio.now/ABC123

Or enter code 123456 at https://visio.now/code

Where is this used?

When you create a photo request and click "Copy Message", this template is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste into WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any messaging app.

After Onboarding

Once you complete the wizard:

  1. Automatic redirect to your dashboard
  2. Feature Tour starts automatically to guide you through the interface

Feature Tour

The interactive tour highlights:

  • Navigation menu
  • Create photo request button
  • Settings access
  • Quick actions

You can:

  • Follow the tour step-by-step
  • Skip the tour and explore on your own
  • Restart the tour later from Settings

Troubleshooting

Onboarding not loading?

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Disable browser extensions
  4. Contact support if issues persist

Made a mistake during onboarding?

Don't worry! All settings can be changed later from your dashboard settings. See Workspace Settings for details.
