Unique Link
Every photo request has a unique, shareable URL for direct access.
Overview
A Unique Link is an automatically generated URL that provides direct access to your photo request. Each request gets its own unique identifier that cannot be guessed.

- Create request: Unique link is generated automatically
- Copy link: Click "Copy URL" in the dashboard
- Share: Send via email, SMS, messaging app
- Customer opens: Direct access to upload photos

Finding Your Link
Dashboard
- Navigate to Photo Requests
- Click on any request
- Find Unique Link in the details section
- Click Copy URL to copy to clipboard
Copy with Template
Use your message template with the link:
- Click Copy with Template
- Your template with

Link Properties

Code Format
- 8 alphanumeric characters
- Lowercase letters and numbers
- No ambiguous characters (0/O, 1/l)

Security Considerations
Link Privacy
- Anyone with the link can access the upload page
- Do not share links publicly
- Consider links as semi-private tokens
Request Limits
Even with the link, requests enforce:
- Photo limits (min/max)
- Deadline (if set)
- GPS requirements (if enabled)
- One-time completion (for one-time requests)
Expiration
Links become invalid when:
- Request deadline passes
- One-time request is completed
- Request is archived

- Confirm the request isn't already completed
- Try the link in an incognito/private browser

- Check for typos if manually entered
- Verify the request still exists
